Modern Minimalist Home Design with Vintage Touches
Rarely have we seen the perfect combination between modern and vintage ideas at the same time, but this 80 square meter apartment designed by Andrey Gorozhankin of Russian design studio Decolieu is one of the best. This modern minimalist apartment interior design is a trip both backward and forward in time, I’m just cant stop loving this great work. The appearance of vintage furniture with modern minimalist ones added with little bit of rustic looks, create a inviting vintage futurism vision.
The minimalist living room was created by modern sofa in white finishing, luxury in this tufted design and looks so cozy in my mind. The focal point of the room comes from rustic coffee table made by wood with a crack in the middle. To hinder dark ambience from deep brown plank flooring and lighter the room, at the center of the room-marble flooring was chosen in white finishing.
The ideas of vintage continue to the dining area, simply black dining chair which strongly influenced with vintage style was choose to create minimalist dining room. The bedroom also bring rustic looks by appearance of low table that has same style from coffee table at living room. This apartment is nice example that mixing a game of dark and light contrasts.
