You can have aristocratic house design, contemporary home, modern mini house and all kind of house but one. That is no matter what kind of house you have, it must be healthy. Health isn’t something we can buy, but it’s something to achieve for a better life and once we get sick I’m sure it will be costly. You home can be a monster, a danger towards the inhabitants, a danger towards anyone who’s living in it. Starting from your house, bacteria and diseases can spread over to the neighborhood next to you. Here we are giving you several tips for a healthy home as we believe a healthy home is your paradise
1.) Use Natural Ingredients cleaners: many cleaners contain VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) in them. These compounds is dangerous when it’s being inhaled. You can use one cleaners which is green and environmentally friendly or use natural ingredients, such as lemon, vinegar, baking soda, water and hydrogen peroxide to clean your household appliances or floors.
2.) Good Ventilation: The description of good ventilation is ventilation which can accommodate and allow fresh air pass through to your house on a regular basis. A good home’s ventilation is one that can reduce heat during the summer and the breeze cold air winter during the day doesn’t get too much into the house. Fresh air is one important role for a healthy family living. A good house ventilation is beneficial especially when there’s gas leaking, this way the fresh air can quickly reduce and neutralize.
3.) Wash Bed Covers and Clean Carpets and Other Accessories Made From Fabrics: Dust mites, fleas and other bacteria are our enemy of the state. Our house is our state, so we must clean it regularly. Use a HEPA as it will help you vacuuming cleaner and safer. Air Purifier can also be helpful to purify the air, but it will be a waste if your house is dirty. Clean your toys and stuffed animals as they are also breeding ground for germs, allergens and dirt.
4.) Change Your AC Filter: Replace your AC filter as this will keep your air healthy, use one which has ionizer to purify and keep it cool and healthy.
5.) Good Sun Light: Good sun light can bring warmth as well as kill germs and bacteria as well as fleas. Morning sunlight is also good to your body as it contains vitamin D and healthy for your skin. Make sure your house has good sun soaked lighting.
