An Ample Open Yard Modern Three Storey House With A Nice Minimalist Interior Design by Agraz Architect

This house built in a center of open yard, therefore once it’s finished the houses automatically has two courtyards at the same time, thus creating a great ample yard space enough for your kids to play hide and seek. This house was built intentionally for a couple who has two daughters located in Guadalajara, Mexico. It has such a beautiful green grass and pond terrace there.

This is a three storey minimalist house with an influence of modernism where it’s very much shown in its cubism shape. The base of this house is used for parking lots, and the garage certainly protects the vehicles from direct sunlight and creating a perfect shelter for the mobile. The base level isn’t occupied with only garage, it has servies, game room and stairway which connects the whole house. On the second floor is where all the living activities took place. This is where you can find the dining room, the kitchen and living room. What captivated me actually is the good use of floor combination.

The floor plan in this minimalist house uses both ceramic floor and wooden floor. To create a balance space, the flooring uses extra medium ceramic sizes thus creating such spacious feeling, and also the marble look on the tiles created the feeling of coolness which brings the whole house with a great chill feeling. The third level is where the bedrooms are located while you can still viewing your courtyard from the top level. Practically this is a nice decent house by Agraz Arquitectos, but I still prefer if this house also supported with green living concept.
