Modern Minimalistic Cooling Casa del Agua by Paul Tortora
It’s a great house design by Paul Tortora & Lucia Fernandez Architects. This housing was planned to communicate with the environment. It’s built on a large area of 1242 meters square and intended for single family residence. The architect combines pure volumes and planes flown which is generated from the pool of water that runs through and longitudinally. Both levels are handled with special care and privacy, where it creates introvert and extrovert road in its rear elevation.
The daily activity of housing can also be great as you can tip and peek towards your garden. The materials used in this house are the presence of exposed concrete to horizontal lanes, painted plaster for the walls and woods which are being used as a secondary material. The presence of water arranged by a walkway can acts as integrator or separator between the living room and double height living room.
