Parsonson Architects of Nature Welcoming Shoal Bay House
Commenting on house is not as easy as it looks. We needed to be objective, precise and extra careful in making comments in every aspects and details. Every house has its own design and concept brought up by the designer, and for this house called Shoal Bay House is simply rural house design created by Parsonson Architects located on southern Hawkes Bay, the house is designated to be part of the rural setting offering unpretentious shelter. It’s the type of house where you don’t need to worry of getting sands your sandals or shoes as you walked into the house. One thing though really matters to me, is that the house needed a little privacy I think. It’s because you can see through the gaps of this house thus make everyone can see what’s going on inside.
The house had two slightly off set pavilions, one for the bedrooms and others are for family living space area. You can find decks located in each end of the living pavilion which allows wind and sun coming in to the house. Upon the other side this house is really country welcoming and has privacy to the user.
