Modern Interior Design at Udon Restaurant by Nendo
Who doesn’t know Udon noodle, it’s a special noodle made from Japan, it’s one of the Japanese People favorite food and now we are taking you to see how the modern Udon noodle restaurant looks like. This modern kitchen interior design has been remodeled for an udon noodle restaurant that prides itself on the skill of its noodle-making staff and the freshly boiled, handmade noodles it offers customers. Offering good excellent cut of aluminum appliances and bench top, perfect to clean those dirt away. I never imagine that noodle restaurant like this, I thought that it would be less simpler.
This chic interior design is an open kitchen where it lets customers see the chefs at work, but Nendo wanted the experience to be even more immediate. Nendo used the motif of a chef’s table, at which the chef creates food specially for customers invited into the kitchen (so you will be able to see those hands making Udon while you wait for your Udon to be ready prepared for you). Nendo wanted the customer fully experience the energy and see the cooking process, from the moment the staff rolling out the Udon and warm the broth to the moment they drain the boiled noodles. They cut off the exterior light and darkened the edges of the seating area to make the interior stand out as a true “kitchen restaurant”. [ Nendo ]
